(a) Go to the website: http://ecedweb.unomaha.edu/Dem_Sup/demand.htm and complete the clothes activity. Answer these questions:

1. Review Bob's decision process. What are these elements or determinants of amount purchased?
2. Consider each of these elements or determinants individually (one at a time): if that determinant increases, how does that affect the amount of the good that is purchased?


(b) Create a visual or "Power Point" that depicts
how domestic and international competition in a market economy affects goods and services produced and the quality, quantity, and price of those products. Possible ideas include how sweatshops, taxes, tariffs, or trade alliances affect trade.
